OBJECTIVES
>> To identify destitute, depressed, vulnerable and needy community of the country, irrespective of race, religion, caste or creed and to releive them of poverty, frustration, deprevation and to enhance their quality of life,
>> to provide for the advancement of education, establish training centres, councelling services, financial support, and knowledge of people in need, to ensure healthy growth, spirirual and mental satisfaction, and comfortable lifvelihood of such community,
>> To seek, receive, and obtain government assistance, local and foreign danations, voluntary contributions, aid and assistance for food, nourishment, health, sanitaion, educational support, medical suplies, and also facilities for adequate housing, infra-structure development, training needs, councelling, and income generation for people lacking bare nececitiies of life,
>> To improve, protect and safeguard the culture, the environment, and to manage, prevent and take corrective actions necessary for the protection of enviroment and environment related desasters, wether natural or man-made,
>> To support the activities of the government organisations, non-government ORGANISATIONS, and community based organisations, engaged in the above described poverty alleviation PROGRAMMES”. |
